MSc RN, Consultant Nurse.
Mandy has 25 years experience of working in bladder/bowel and pelvic floor care in both adults and children. She has chaired a number of National and International Committees and lectures widely across the world. She has also been a member of numerous Department of Health working parties.
Mandy has undertaken her MPhil in the use of caffeine in bladder care and has a strong interest in evidence based care for people with bladder and bowel care problems.
Prior to becoming interested in her current field of expertise Mandy worked in the field of neurosciences. She, therefore, has a strong interest in bladder/bowel/pelvic floor care in people with neurological disability. Mandy runs a Masters course at St. Marks Hospital in Bowel/Bladder care, this links to her other main interest of Bowel Care.
