ARC Health Care Management Consultancy aim to make a unique contribution to the improvement of the world’s health, through unparalleled expertise in the field of continence. Incontinence affects over 20 million men and women in the UK and, contrary to general perception, affects all age groups. We have designed a range of accessible educational structures that aim to assist, empower and give greater confidence to health care professionals working with bladder and bowel dysfunctions and to those concerned about the promotion of continence.
ARC are able to deliver dynamic tailored educational presentations and seminars by internationally recognised and renowned clinical specialists for national, regional and local health care organisations.
Our reputation as some of the UK’s leading health care management consultants in our field has been earned through many years of experience and commitment to our clients. As we have developed and continence care has changed, we have been able to share our burgeoning knowledge and research with those in the industry and health care community. We are always looking for new ways to educate and innovate on the subject.
Our clients will enjoy a broadening relationship with us, and continue to benefit from our skills and expertise in continence care and associated fields over the years. In turn, we pride ourselves on understanding our client’s needs.
Our aim, through effective education and facilitation, is to constantly improve the effectiveness of your organisation. We will scrupulously promote sustainable changes if we believe an organisation will benefit from them.
Our specialist staff combine over 25 years of health care management and consulting experience. Ann Winder, our founding Director, has built up over 43 years of experience working in clinical and senior managerial roles, 29 years of which were in the field of continence care within the NHS.
Our consultants have written numerous articles for health care publications over the years, including The British Journal of Nursing, The Journal of Community Nursing, Advance Nursing Practice, The Nursing Times, Urology News, Continence UK and the GP Practice Journal.
They have also conducted a great number of educational training seminars and conferences for local, regional and national health associations including The Association of Continence Advisors, Royal College of Nursing, Continence Forum, UK Continence Care, International Continence Society and the Barcelona Continence Society.
